  Preparation and Fixing: Prior to installation, plan and arrange the rotor-side and stator-side wiring. Then insert the slip ring onto the rotating shaft, align the shaft with the mounting holes, and secure the assembly using the four screws on the rotor side. Before tightening screws, ensure perfect concentricity between the shaft and slip ring to guarantee stable operation.

  Anti-Rotation and Cable Management: Insert the locking rod into the U-shaped groove of the anti-rotation plate to secure the slip ring on the stator side. Simultaneously organize all cables to prevent entanglement with the rotor during operation, which could cause wiring damage or equipment failure.

  Environmental Protection Notes: As precision electronic components, slip rings require additional targeted protective measures (e.g., installing protective enclosures) when used in harsh environments such as dusty, humid, or high-temperature conditions. Alternatively, select slip ring models with higher protection ratings to extend service life.
