NBG began with a simple but powerful question: What if one small, essential component could make the world’s most advanced machines run smoother, last longer, and communicate more reliably?

In 2014, after 20 years in global trade, founder David set out to answer that question—not through commerce, but through innovation. NBG was born to create high-performance slip rings for industries where precision and reliability are everything: medical imaging, wind power, industrial automation, and beyond.

Though often hidden, slip rings are vital. They are the silent enablers of motion and signal—at the heart of CT scanners, wind turbines, and robotic systems. At NBG, we understand that excellence in this field isn’t just about engineering—it’s about trust.

That trust was built project by project, through rigorous testing, tailored solutions, and uncompromising quality. Global leaders like Siemens, GE, and Philips took notice. What began with small orders has grown into long-term partnerships.

Milestones – NBG Journey of Innovation

2014

Our journey began with the establishment of our first manufacturing facility, dedicated to the design and production of slip rings for wind turbines.

NBG launched the R&D project for CT slip rings and achieved ISO 9001 certification. We also initiated the development of electric drive systems.

2015

2017

Our motor drivers were successfully applied in wind turbine pitch control systems. We acquired 25 acres of land to begin construction of a new production base.

The first prototype of our CT slip ring was successfully completed, marking a key milestone in our entry into the medical field.

2018

2019

We became the industry leader in wind turbine slip ring shipments, and began customer deliveries of CT slip rings.

Our Jiaxing, China manufacturing base was completed and put into operation, with a total investment of over $11 million USD. The site includes four buildings covering 21,000 square meters.

2020

2021

We established a specialized slip ring laboratory in Suzhou, China, to support innovation and advanced testing.

Our Shenzhen lab was launched, focusing on aerospace-grade high-precision slip rings, and we secured our first round of financing.

2022

2023

We began mass production of 64-slice CT slip rings, completed the development of 10G and 20G slip ring solutions, and successfully delivered the first prototype of our "Photon Counting" antenna system. We also earned ISO 13485 certification, reinforcing our commitment to medical-grade quality standards.
